To setup a proxy exclusion so you do not have to disable the accelerator when you want to do a Windows update, simply right click on the accelerator icon and select "Settings".

Under the settings menu, select the "Proxy Exclusion" tab.

Select, "Specify a proxy exclusion list" and put in:

http://Windowsupdate.microsoft.com;
http://www.windowsupdate.com;
http://update.microsoft.com

Click "OK"

NOTE: If you do not want the accelerator to be activated on a particular site, enter the URL in this Proxy Exclusion section.

Secure websites that begin with: https:// are automatically excluded from web acceleration.
